AB KOMPONENTY s.r.o. is one of the subsidiaries of BRASS Ltd.
Our company produces compound units and components for mechanical and electrical engineering. The wide variety of our mechanical equipment enables us to provide our customers with complete services in the area of CNC milling and machining of metal sheets as well as to deliver the required surface treatment.
The company was established in 2001. Its success is based on a long-term tradition in producing components for a switchboard assembly-line of ABB Ltd. that was in those days operating under its original name EJF Inc. To maintain the reputation of a reliable supplier means not only to keep up with the latest production technologies but also to improve all the order management processes. We have upgraded our production machinery and changed over to a new information system. Last but not least, in 2003 we obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates.
The export department was opened in the same year and has operated successfully ever since. It means that AB KOMPONENTY Ltd. of today is a company that can satisfy the needs of both domestic and foreign customers.
AB KOMPONENTY s.r.o.’s TECHNICAL DELIVERY TERMS
INTRODUCTION:
These Technical Delivery Terms (hereinafter referred to as TDT) are a supplement to the trade terms provided in General contracts, Purchase contracts or References to Orders of the company AB Komponenty s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as ABK). The TDT specify the requirements for the quality of supplied products.
AREA OF APPLICATION:
These TDT apply to all products made by ABK. They include, in particular, products made using machining, forming, cutting, die-cutting and soldering technologies without surface treatment or with surface treatment by powder paint varnishing.
ABK declares that it manufactures its products in compliance with the following national and international standards:

ČSN ISO 2768-1 (General tolerances. Tolerances for linear and angular dimensions without individual tolerance indications)

The quality requirements are based on the buyer’s (customer’s) drawing and technical documentation. If the information in drawing and technical documentation is incomplete or if it is not set by the buyer, ABK will supply products in the quality stated in the article below.
If the buyer requires a higher quality of products, i.e. higher than set in the article below, he is obliged to give ABK these non-standard conditions in writing or to mention them in the order.
In non-machined parts, the surface condition is derived from the technical delivery terms of the supplier of metallurgical semi-products (ČSN EN 10163-2, ČSN EN 10130)
